2.DELIVERY REGION & SHIPPING COSTS
In Germany we charge lump-sum shipping costs of € 5.90 per order. Express delivery upon request.

No shipping costs will be charged for national and international returns and replacement.
Normally the delivery time for our goods is 3 to 5 working days. For prepayment this information applies as of cash receipt in the account which will be sent to you in the order confirmation.As soon as the parcel is handed over to the parcel service you will find the tracking number to track your consignment at “My account”. 4.METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment by credit card
You can comfortably pay with Visacard or MasterCard.
Data transmission is via secure SSL encryption. Your credit card will be debited by completion of your order.
Payment by PayPal
PayPal allows you for safe, easy and also quick payment. For this method of payment you need to have a verified PayPal account.

To use the free and TÜV certified payment method of instant bank transfer you need your access data for eBanking, i.e. bank details, account number, PIN and TAN.

Pay comfortably by prepayment and save the cash on delivery charge. We will send your order as soon as your bank transfer is credited in the account of our payment provider Heidelpay. The delivery times stated above apply as of cash receipt.

For international bank transfer the customer has to pay all costs for the bank transfer, thus also the fees accruing for the bank transfer.

6.RETURNS & EXCHANGE
You would like to return an item or exchange it for another size? This is possible within 14 days. Nice Connection is not required to take back or exchange the goods if the goods were worn, used, washed or damaged. Labels must remain attached without alteration.
To return the goods free of charge please complete the form at DHL DETOURE ONLINE >> and then your free return label will be displayed for print-out or download. Please print the label and attach it prominently on the parcel. You can hand over the parcel in all branches and agencies of Deutsche Post, deliver it to an automated parcel deposit and pick-up station, or hand it over to a DHL postman. Thank you.
For international returns we kindly ask you to contact our customer service via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org; they will send the dispatch label via e-mail. Please print the label and attach it prominently on the parcel. You can hand over the parcel in all branches and agencies of Deutsche Post. Thank you.
Damaged or wrong goods
You have received damaged or wrong goods. Please contact our customer service immediately after receipt. They will check the issue as soon as possible.
Reimbursement and reimbursement period
Please observe that the reimbursement may take up to 10 days after receipt of your return, depending on your selected method of payment.
For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment you have used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
