We want you to be satisfied with our deliveries. If you should not be satisfied with your order the following cancellation policy applies for consumers within the EU:
CANCELLATION POLICY Right of rescission
You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days as of the day where you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of recission you need to inform Nice Connection Ltd, Südliche Hauptstraße 23, 83700 Rottach-Egern, Germany, phone: 0049-7031 – 79379-0, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org by means of an explicit statement /e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) on your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, which however is not compulsory.
To maintain the cancellation period it is sufficient to send the information on exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you cancel this contract we shall immediately and not later than ten days as of the day where we received your information about the cancellation of this contract, reimburse all payments received from you, including the shipping costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice for another type of delivery than the most economic standard delivery offered by us). For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment you have used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; under no circumstances we will charge you any fees for this reimbursement. We can refuse reimbursement until we received the goods or until you gave proof that you have returned the goods, whichever time is earlier.
You need to immediately return or hand over the goods to us and in any event not later than fourteen days as of the date you informed us about the cancellation of this contract. The time limit is satisfied if you send the goods prior to expiry of the term of fourteen days.
We shall bear the costs for returning the goods. This is subject to the condition that you will send them according to our instructions to the logistics partner specified by us. Otherwise you shall bear the direct costs for return.
Please observe that we can accept exchange and returns only from the particular country of delivery.

You only need to pay for possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is based on handling the goods in a way which is not necessary for the inspection of appearance and workmanship, properties and functionalities.
